NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Loddon and Chedgrave Jubilee Hall will be held upstairs at The Swan, 23 Church Plain, Loddon, Norwich NR14 6LX on 9 March 2026 at 7:45pm to transact the following business:

1. Welcome

2. Minutes of the previous meeting

3. Reports and accounts

4. Auditors

5. Auditors’ remuneration

6. Appointment of charity trustees

Richard Thomas Balfour, Joanne Lesley Sinfield, Jane Frances Hale, Kevin John Williams, Richard Summons.

Any questions for the committee should be submitted to hall@jubileehallloddon.org by 12 noon Monday 23 February so that the Trustees can provide answers at the AGM.

Any persons wishing to stand for election as a Trustee should contact Rik by 12 noon Monday 23 February 2026.
